Shipment Time
Orders that are Ready to Ship and Delivered 4–5 business days. Within 24 to 48 hours, a Diamond Concierge will get in touch with you if your order needs extra time to ship. Most orders placed for the Strong Collection will be mailed out in four to five weeks.
In three to five business days, purchases of loose diamonds will be prepared for shipment. If there are any delays, a Diamond Concierge will get in touch with you in a day or two.
Depending on the complexity of the piece, bespoke items, such as engagement rings, will be prepared for shipment three to four weeks after the final design is approved. The majority of design approvals happen one to two weeks after the deposit is made. If your piece needs more time to be fabricated, your Diamond Concierge will let you know.
Overseas shipping
International receivers are in charge of covering all import fees and customs charges. Please be aware that Staruby Jewels is unable to offer quotes or estimations for costs associated with overseas importation.
Packages will be dispatched via EMS, UPS, or USPS. Following shipment, tracking details will be accessible 24–48 hours later, and delivery is anticipated to occur in 7–9 working days.
Upon delivery, every package needs to be signed for, and it cannot be left unattended. Further paperwork could be needed if the billing and shipping addresses are different.
